SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

  1. Purpose of the Social Media Policy

    The Bull-Dog Sauce Group (hereinafter, “the Group”) has established the following code of conduct for our employees as well as official account management policies for users of the Group’s social media, in order to ensure the proper and effective use of social media as a platform for communication with our customers and society.

  2. Definition of social media

    Social media refers to communication methods and tools that allow a large, unspecified number of users to share information or exchange information interactively over the Internet using blogs and various social networking services such as X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

  3. Code of conduct when using social media

    The Group will comply with the following guidelines when using social media to disseminate information:

    1. We will not publish the following information:

      1. Information that discriminates on the basis of race, ideology, beliefs, etc. or that promotes such discrimination;

      2. Information that defames or slanders the Group or a third party or that damages their reputation or credibility;

      3. Information that infringes on the Group’s or a third party’s copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights;

      4. The Group’s confidential information, know-how, and other information that is for the Group’s internal use only;

      5. Information containing content relating to personal information;

      6. Information regarding religious, political, or election campaign activities;

      7. Information containing illegal content, obscene content, or other content that may cause offense to third parties;

      8. Information that violates laws or that is contrary to public order and morals;

      9. Other information that conflicts with the Group’s corporate philosophy or corporate image.

    2. If we publish information that violates any of items [1] through [9] above, we will acknowledge the error and correct it promptly.
    3. We understand that content posted on social media is accessible to a large, unspecified number of users and that any information we post or data we upload is spread instantly around the world. We are also aware that any mistakes or errors cannot be completely erased, and the poster will lose control over them.
    4. We are mindful that comments on social media are not one-sided, and we will strive to maintain an attitude of always listening to what others have to say.
    5. We will ensure that personal posts are not mistaken for information posted on behalf of the brand. In addition, we fully recognize that content posted by individuals may influence perceptions of the Group’s brands.
    6. We will provide advance notice when closing an official account.
  4. Notice and request to users of our social media accounts

    1. Not all information posted from the Group’s official social media accounts (hereinafter, “the Group’s Official Accounts”) are official announcements or statements of the Group. For official announcements and statements, please visit the websites or view the press releases of each Group company.
    2. While we will do our best to read your comments and use them as a reference for future improvements, we may not be able to respond to all comments and feedback received from our users. Please note that we are unable to respond to feedback or questions regarding individual Group companies through the Group’s Official Accounts. Please use the “Contact Us” form on each Group company’s website.
    3. Please be advised that if the content of a comment posted on the Group’s Official Accounts falls under any of the following items, we may take measures such as deleting the comment or restricting your use of our accounts without prior notice:

      1. Content that discriminates on the basis of race, ideology, beliefs, etc. or that promotes such discrimination;

      2. Content that defames or slanders the Group or a third party or that damages their reputation or credibility;

      3. Content that infringes on the Group’s or a third party’s copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights;

      4. Content that deviates significantly from the content posted on the Group’s Official Accounts;

      5. Content containing information relating to personal information;

      6. Content relating to political, election campaign, or religious activities;

      7. Information containing illegal content, obscene content, or other content that may cause offense to third parties;

      8. Content that violates laws or that is contrary to public order and morals;

      9. Content for the purpose of promotional, advertising, solicitation or sales activities not authorized by the Group;

      10. Any other content deemed inappropriate by the administrators of the Group’s Official Accounts.
