BULL-DOG

MONJAYAKI

Soul food in downtown Tokyo.
Bake flour in water on an iron plate and eat it while scraping it off little by little with a small spatula (called HAGASHI). The aroma of the burnt sauce is appetizing.
There are many stores in Tsukishima and Asakusa in Tokyo.
