While you stir-fry pork and vegetables with Chinese noodles, it will be completed in no time. The scent of the fragrant sauce is appetizing. Various types of local Yakisoba are cooked in various area of Japan. You can enjoy it not only at restaurants but also at food stalls.

INGREDIENTS

  • Yakisoba (steamed noodles) 1 bag (300g)
  • Ribs slices 60g
  • Cabbage 60g
  • Bean sprouts 60g
  • Onions 40g
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 5 Tablespoons 'BULL-DOG' WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

STEPS

  1. Cut cabbage into 4 cm squares and slice onions.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan or hot plate, stir fry both sides of the pork, add cabbage, bean sprouts, and onions and stir fry.
  3. Put yakisoba noodles and water in ②, steam for about 20 seconds while loosening, mix and spread so that the whole is turned over.
  4. Put 'BULL-DOG' WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE in the spread noodles, mix the whole quickly, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    * Sprinkle bonito flakes and dried green laver as you like, and add red pickled ginger.
