AVOCADO TOAST

Avocado on toast with tangy-sweet Bull-Dog Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, sea salt, cream cheese, and lemon is so quick and simple to make and it is really delicious. It is perfect for a quick breakfast, brunch or snack!  A super healthy way to start the day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 - 4 ripe avocados
  • 6 slices of toasted bread
  • 5-6 teaspoons of cream cheese to spread
  • 1 lemon for drizzle
  • Sea salt for sprinkle
  • Black pepper for sprinkle
  • Mixed green and mini tomatoes (optional)
  • Dressing (A)

  • 3 Tablespoons of 'BULL-DOG' WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 3 Tablespoons of olive oil

STEPS

  1. Mix dressing (A) in a bowl.
  2. Half and slice or mash avocados. Season avocados with squeezes of lemon juice.
  3. Brush dressing (A) on the toasted bread, then spread cream cheese.
  4. Place sliced/diced avocados onto the toasted bread.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve with mixed green and tomatoes on the side (optional).
